E.R.P (exposure response prevention) is a project documenting my experiences of OCD and Agoraphobia. The name for the project came from the main treatment for OCD, which is can often be traumatic to go through, despite ultimately being the most effective way to help ease symptoms of the condition. The images were created on a series of journeys as part of my exposure therapy. Where I wasn't encountering people, the marks they had left on the places I was visiting told stories on their own.
